We recommend regular aerobic activities AND strengthening exercises to help prepare and condition your body for surgery.
Schedule times to exercise with any combination of the exercises suggested here or some of your own.

Resistance Band Exercises
Resistance bands are affordable versatile tools that can be used to exercise multiple different parts of the body. Below are examples of resistance band exercises you can use before surgery. Three sets of 8 repititions is a good place to begin, but it can be modified to meet your needs.
